be grateful every day

As a mother to an autistic son, I feel that being grateful for the little things is very important. We often skip those little wins. When you’re living with autism, the littlest improvement or achievement is treasure! Look at life challenges as a blessing, and hopefully things will get easier. Autism Acceptance is key, from the parents, and also from the community. Are you still unsure about writing a journal? Well, you never know until you try. There are a lot of guidance out there on how to write a journal. I found a good article from Good Housekeeping website that you might be interested to read. Please give journaling a try and leave a comment below, I would love to know how it goes. Take it step by step and write just a little bit, maybe once a week in the beginning and aim for writing every day.

I just finished creating another gratitude journal, entitled ‘Good Days Start with a Gratitude Journal’. I could have done a better job with the cover, but I will make more journals and try to create different kinds of cover designs.

Also check out my other mindfulness journals. I have a journal where you can write just one sentence a day. It’s a good starting point! You can also see the inside of the books I’ve created, on my author page. If you have any feedback or suggestion, please do write it in the comment section as well. It will help me create better journals. Thank you! Oh and lastly, what are you grateful for today?
